Heddon 150 high forehead c. 1905, green crackleback, brass cup rig, unmarked props, two belly weights, excellent plus condition, something you just never can find if you are trying to collect only the best.   This is it!

 

Wood box is correct for this lure, the box is marked 150, and  has the rare 'Hung!" in excellent condition with excellent 'The Why of It"  paper.

Heddon 150, cup rig no name on props, early green crackleback, white belly, short body, 3.25 inches of wood, c. 1909-11,one belly weight, excellent plus condition.  Type V marked wood box with paper  are both excellent plus.  A great package at a great price and no worry about condition if you like minty lures and boxes.

Heddon 152, white with slate back, cup rig, excellent minus condition.  Wood box is correctly marked, excellent minus condition.

Heddon 153, solid aluminum, cup rig, no name on prop, c. 1908, excellent condition.  Type V wood box is correctly marked 153 Aluminum and in excellent condition.  Includes original packing paper and correct paper.   A rare package.

Heddon 154 wood box, in excellent condition...empty

Heddon 155, old yellow, c. 1905-6, red blush on chin, no gill marks, single belly weight, cup rig, no name on prop.  Vg+/Excellent minus condition.

Box mentions Canadian Patent & "Hung!", type IV version, excellent condition.  Marked 155, yellow.   Look at all the thumbnail photos.

This is just a super rare package and was obtained from one of the more famous Heddon collector's estate a few years ago.   It's a lure and box that is almost impossible to obtain in this condition.   A major addition to an advanced collection.  There are ten bluntnose woodbox lures for everyone of these earlier pieces that survived.

Heddon 156, gold color, cup rig, no name on prop, c. 1908, excellent plus condition. Correctly marked 156 Gold type V wood box in excellent condition.  A rare color in rare condition.

Heddon 157, rainbow fire color, cup rig, c.1908 bluntnose, condition is vg plus.  Wood box is correctly marked type V, in excellent minus condition.  It's about the box, not the lure.  The lure is a freebee example, you are paying for the rare color box as well as it's condition.
