Wanted: the following medical textbook

Henry H. Smith, M. D.:  A System of Operative Surgery

THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE OF SURGERY, Embracing Minor and Operative Surgery: With a Bibliographical Index of American Surgical Writers from the Years 1783 to 1860.  Arranged for the Use of Students, and Illustrated by 400 Wood-cuts, and Nearly 100 Engravings on Steel.  In two volumes.   At the outbreak of the Civil War, Dr. Smith was appointed the surgeon general of Pennsylvania, originated the plan for the removal of the wounded from the battlefield to large hospitals in major cities, organized a corps of surgeons on steamers that were used as floating hospitals at the siege of Yorktown and tended to the wounded after various battles, i.e., Cold Harbor and Antietam.
