lasange noodles

Brown meat and garlic and drain well. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, and spices. Simmer gently 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook noodles 15 minutes in boiling water. (I use 3 noodles cut in half and a 8x8 pyrex dish.)

Put noodles on bottom of dish, top with half the swiss cheese and half the cottage cheese (I sometimes use ricotta cheese instead.)Top with meat sauce. Repeat layer one more time.

Bake 30 minutes on 350. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.

Can make ahead and freeze before cooking or freeze after cooking. Is great left over, also!
