Blueberry Cobbler

bullet1 quart blueberries
bullet2 tablespoons granulated sugar
bullet1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
bullet1 tablespoon lemon juice
bullet1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
bullet1/3 cup flour(I sifted)
bullet1/3 cup natural wheat and barley cereal (Post Grape Nuts)
bullet1/2 cup old -fashioned rolled oats
bullet1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
bullet3 tablespoons margarine, melted

Gently mix together fruit, sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, lemon juice and peel. Put into 9" deep dish pie plate.

Mix together flour, cereal, oats, brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir in melted butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over fruit. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.

Said it wasn't too sweet like some can be. So I'm sharing…….
