Lettuce to cover tomato slices

Bake Tyson Buffalo Chicken Tenders according to package directions.

Lay out tortilla and pour some dressing down the center. Spread out over the middle third of the tortilla. Lay the tomato down the center, and then cover with the lettuce. Lay the chicken tenders two across and one across the bottom. (Depending on the size of the tenders, you may have to cook more.)

Fold UP the tortilla under the third tender. Then take the part on the left and fold it across the two tenders and roll from there.

NOTE: This is from Recipes and Remembrances, a cookbook put together by Peyton Sadler Burke in memory of her dear friend who died with cancer. All proceeds go to cancer victims, as needed. The cookbook is available at ppburke31@earthlink.net. Peyton got the recipe from The Goblin Market in downtown Mt. Dora, Fl. She said she sometimes uses fried chicken tenders when she makes it. I changed this recipe a little bit, just for convenience!
