Chicken Breasts Supreme

bullet4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
bulletPepper to taste
bullet2 slices bacon
bullet1 jar dried beef
bullet1 can cream of chicken soup
bullet¾ cup sour cream
bullet4 ounces cream cheese

Pepper, but do not salt, the chicken breasts. Pound them to flatten. Place 1-2 pieces of dried beef on breast and roll up. Place rolled breasts seam side down in 8 x 8 casserole dish. Top each with one half piece of bacon.

Mix together soup, sour cream, and cream cheese and pour over chicken. Cover tightly with foil and cook on 350 for one hour. Serve over rice.

NOTE: This is one my son’s favorite chicken recipes, and if you like dried beef, you’ll enjoy it! I have fixed it where I just place the dried beef under the chicken breast (and not flatten it) and top it with the bacon, as well as how I’ve stated it in the recipe. Either way, the kids enjoyed it!
