Chili's Monterey Chicken
| 2 boneless chicken breasts |
| 1/4 cup BBQ sauce |
| 4 slices cooked bacon |
| 1/2 cup mixture Monterey Jack and Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
Season chicken breast with season salt and garlic powder and dredge in flour.
Heat 3 tablespoons butter in 10" pan and cook 5 minutes per side. Transfer to
Cookie sheet. Top with BBQ sauce, bacon, and cover with cheese. Broil in oven until cheese melts. Sprinkle with a small amount of cold chopped tomatoes and chives.
