Cole Slaw with Ramen Noodles

4 green onions

1 bag angel hair slaw

1 package oriental ramen noodles

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds

bullet

2 tablespoons sugar

bullet

2 tablespoons white vinegar

bullet

1 teaspoon salt

bullet

1/2 cup corn oil

Combine in large bowl green onions and angel hair slaw. Put in refrigerator and keep cold.

Mix together seasoning packet from ramen noodles, sesame seeds, sugar, white vinegar, and salt. Slowly pour in corn oil and whisk thoroughly. Sit at room temperature until ready to serve.

Toast almonds on top of stove. Put ramen noodles in zip lok bag and crush into small pieces.

When ready to serve, add crushed ramen noodles to slaw mixture, whisk dressing together, pour over slaw mixture and toss thoroughly. Put in serving bowl and top with almonds.
