Corn with Bacon and Onions

bullet1 can Green Giant Niblets, drained
bullet2 pieces of bacon, diced
bullet½ small onion, diced

In a small saucepan, cook the diced bacon and onion until they are nicely browned. Add the can of corn to the onion and bacon. Heat together and serve.

NOTE: This is another recipe from my mother. It was a way to have canned corn and it was good. She always used the Green Giant Niblets when she did it. She told me to always cook the bacon a little while before adding the onion, as it took the bacon a bit longer to cook and I didn’t want it to burn and the onion to get too soggy.
