Egg Nog

12 egg yolks

2 cups white sugar

bullet

2 cups whiskey (1-1 1/2 is good enough)

2 cups dark rum (1-1 1/2 is good enough)

1 quart milk

bullet

2 cups whipping cream

bullet

Nutmeg

Beat egg yolks until light and add sugar slowly. Add liquor, then milk and stir.

Let chill in refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours. When its time to serve, whip the cream with an electric beater and fold into concoction. Serve in small glasses or coffee mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Recipe can serve 20.

NOTE: I brought this back from Atlanta this year. Stefan's assistant gymnastic coach is from Canada and this recipe has been in his family for at least three generations. It is the best egg nog I've ever had!
