Five-Cup Salad

1 (8 ¼ ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained and 1 tablespoon juice reserved

1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained

1 (3 ½ ounce) can Bakers Angel Flake Coconut

bullet

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream (I used light)

1-cup miniature marshmallows

Optional: nuts

 

Mix all ingredients (including the 1 tablespoon reserved pineapple juice) well. Toss lightly. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

NOTE: I have had this recipe for years and completely forgotten about it. I get notifications periodically with recipes from Kraft foods and this was the recipe I received last week. I fixed it and had forgotten how refreshing it tasted! I did add nuts to ours, altho the recipe did not call for them. We did like it with them! The recipe suggested maraschino cherries for color, but neither of us wanted them in the salad.
