Frozen Strawberry Dessert
| 1 stick butter, melted |
| 1 cup flour |
| 1/4 cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Put butter in 9 X 13 pan and melt. (I melt in microwave). Add other ingredients. Stir well and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring several times. Set aside about 1/3 mixture for the top.
In large mixing bowl put:
| 2 egg whites |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
| 2/3 cup sugar |
| 2 cups fresh strawberries |
Beat on high speed with electric mixer for 10 minutes.
Stir in 12 oz. container Cool Whip and then pour on top of crumbs in pan. Top with reserved mixture. Freeze.
