1-tablespoon lime or lemon juice

Cut up fruit into bite sized pieces and place in Tupperware bowl or rectangular container. Sprinkle over fruit 1-tablespoon lime or lemon juice and 2 tablespoons honey. Cover container and shake gently. Refrigerate until cold and serve.

NOTE: My aunt in Sanford used to fix this all summer when I was a child, and we all just loved it! I used to keep it in the refrigerator for my own children and it is always a favorite. Other fruits may be used, of course. This is just what my aunt used. And if I made a really large salad, I just doubled the sauce. I usually turn the bowl upside down for a while, then right side up, to make sure all the fruit is covered with the sauce. It is great with breakfast or just as a dessert or salad with lunch or dinner.
