In a small flat dish mix all seasonings, except the last measurement of garlic powder and lime or lemon juice. Dredge the chicken breasts in the seasoning mix on both sides.

Heat the butter and oil in a 10" skillet over medium heat and saute the chicken until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Sprinkle with remaining garlic powder and juice and cook a few minutes, stirring frequently to coat evenly with the sauce. Serve with sauce over chicken.

NOTE: I found this on CopyKat.com. It called for 6 breasts with all these proportions. I used two breasts (I buy them at Sams in the blue bag) and it used all the spices. I gave all proportions in the recipe as stated. I did NOT use 2 teaspoons of garlic powder after they were cooked. I just sprinkled some granulated garlic over the breasts, added the juice, and turned them over and spooned juice over them so they were covered well. I thought I had lime juice and did not, so I used lemon juice. It was a nice and spicy dish and we really enjoyed it.
