Garlic Rolls

2 Chicago hard rolls split in half

4 TBSP butter

1 large clove garlic, minced

bullet

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Melt together butter and spices until aromatic. Brush completely on cut sides of rolls. Place

on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in pre-heated oven, 400 degrees, for 7-8 minutes.

NOTE: This is in the November 2008 Southern Living and I fixed it tonight with Creamy Tomato Soup. The above is half the given recipe, which I chose to do, as I was only using two rolls. There was a bit left over, but I slathered it on thoroughly.
