Glazed Carrots

bullet1 lb. baby carrots
bullet1/3 cup Catalina Dressing
bullet2 TBSP toasted almond slices
bullet2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley

Steam or boil carrots until desired doneness (2-8 minutes, probably). Drain well. Add Catalina dressing to pan and heat thoroughly. Place in serving dish and top with almonds and parsley.

NOTE: I found this on the Kraft Food Site. It said to cook the carrots in the dressing for 10 minutes, but they were quite hard. So the second time I just boiled them awhile, then added the dressing. The flavor is really nice and we liked them much better without the carrots being so hard. The recipe also called for one-fourth cup of dressing but I chose to use one-third.
