Limeade Chicken

bullet

2 boneless chicken breasts

bullet

Season salt and garlic powder to taste

bullet

1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted

bullet

3 tablespoons brown sugar

bullet

3 tablespoons catsup

Sprinkle chicken with spices. Brown in lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 minutes preside; remove from skillet.

Add limeade concentrate, brown sugar, and catsup to skillet; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes or until thickened. Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Put on plate and top with sauce. Serve rest of sauce on the side.

NOTE: This is in the November 2001 Southern Living. It called for 8 breasts, but I only used two. I did however make the whole sauce recipe and it may plenty for more than the two. I served it with Gourmet Potatoes and a salad. This recipe would also be wonderful with pork chops. It has a great flavor!
