Marguerita Pizza
| Boboli pizza crust |
| 8 oz mozzarella cheese |
| 8 fresh plum tomatoes, sliced |
| 1 handful fresh basil leaves |
| Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper |
| 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
Cover the crust with mozzarella cheese and then the tomatoes. Scatter the basil over the top. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle 3 tablespoons of oil over the top.
Bake according to Boboli directions, remove from oven, and drizzle remaining one tablespoon of oil over pizza.
Slice and serve,
