Marinated Flank Steak

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup red wine

bullet

1/2 onion, chopped

bullet

3 tablespoons fresh rosemary

bullet

2 tablespoons olive oil

bullet

2 cloves garlic, chopped

bullet

1 two pound flank steak

 

Prepare marinade. Add steak and turn to coat. Marinade several hours or overnight.

Reserve marinade to basting during grilling. Season steak with pepper and grill 6 minutes per side for medium. Let sit a few minutes and slice across grain.

Serve with horseradish sauce.

Horseradish sauce:

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon horseradish

2 green onions, chopped

bullet

pepper to taste

Mix together and serve with flank steak.
