Mustard-Apricot Pork Chops
In a small sauce pan over low heat, cook and stir the preserves and mustard until the preserves are melted; set aside. Either broil or grill chops to desired doneness, brushing on the glaze as desired. NOTE: This recipe is from Taste of Home April/May 1998. It is very easy and very good! The recipe said to serve it over rice, but I just served it with Asiago Potatoes, green beans with almonds, and a salad. |
