Pear Pecan Dessert
Crust:
Cream butter and sugar; blend in vanilla; add flour and mix; add nuts. Spread and press into bottom of greased 9x9 pan. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Filling:
Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Blend well. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, 1-2 hours. Topping:
Mix and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over pears. Bake 325 for 25 minutes. Refrigerate until cold.
NOTE: For 9x13 pan, double crust recipe, triple filling, double topping.
