Spinach Salad with Ginger Honey Dressing
| 1 10 oz bag spinach |
| 1 cup strawberries, sliced |
| 3 kiwi, cut in pieces |
| 1/3 cup broken pecans, toasted |
| 1/3 cup julienne strips Gouda or Edam cheese |
| Ginger Honey Dressing: |
| 2 tablespoons lime juice |
| 2 tablespoons honey |
| 1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
| 1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
Mix well and toss with salad.
