Tex-Mex Mayonnaise

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

bullet

2 tablespoons lime juice

bullet

2 tablespoons milk

bullet

2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder

bullet

1 teaspoon ground red pepper

bullet

½ teaspoon onion powder

bullet

½ teaspoon garlic powder

bullet

½ teaspoon Tabasco

bullet

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

bullet

¼ teaspoon lemon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.

NOTE: This was in June 2001 Southern Living. I fixed half of it for us and will keep it on hand. It is VERY spicy.   I used it first on BLTs and they were great!!!!! The possibilities here are endless!
