Nutty Stuffed Celery

1 (3 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened

1-tablespoon milk

½ teaspoon onion powder

bullet

½ teaspoon seasoned salt

¼ teaspoon curry powder

4 celery stalks, cut into 4" pieces

¼ cup coarsely chopped honey-roasted peanuts

Stir together (I used a whisk) the first five ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Spread onto celery pieces and sprinkle with peanuts.

NOTE: This is in the August Southern Living. The recipe called for half and half, but I used the no fat milk that we prefer. I bought Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts and just chopped them in a nut chopper that I have. Normally I stuff our celery with Jiff Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut butter, so this was a nice change!
