Roquefort Baked Chicken Breasts

bullet

2 boneless chicken breasts

bullet

¼ cup bottled Italian dressing

bullet

¼ cup bottled Roquefort dressing

bullet

2 tablespoons crumbs (bread, cornflake, ritz crackers)

bullet

Parsley

Place breasts in shallow baking dish, seasoning with season salt and garlic powder. Pour Italian dressing over breasts and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put into oven, which has been preheated to 350 and bake 20 minutes. Remove and top with Roquefort dressing, crumbs of choice, and dried parsley. Bake another 10-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the breasts) and serve.

NOTE: I got this years and years ago from a friend in Orlando. Her recipe calls for cornflake crumbs but I don’t buy cornflakes so I use whatever I have on hand. I also use Wish Bone salad dressings when I fix this.
